Open and focused on interaction and partnership, comprehensive development of preschool children, creation of favourable conditions for personal formation and creative realisation of each child, formation of his/her life competence, the basis of personal culture through the study of basic Christian values, knowing God in his/her integrity and diversity.

The goal for every teacher

Education of a true Christian who loves God and people, is ready to serve people, compassionate, peaceful, and who develops a holistic Christian worldview.

The teachers of the institution are constantly improving their professional level and growing spiritually through training at the International Alliance for the Development of Christian Education MARHO, monthly meetings with pastors and chaplains in the coffee time format help to discuss issues of concern, cope with anxiety and stressful situations, and daily study of the Word of God helps to support, inspire and encourage each other.

In the 2023-2024 academic year, a club for fathers was launched for the first time

‘Responsible Fatherhood’, where fathers discussed issues of upbringing, father’s responsibilities in the family, relationships with their wives, etc.

For us, kindergarten is a place where :
