The My Horizons educational project in Khmelnytsky offers students a wide range of extracurricular and extracurricular activities aimed at their creative, physical, and intellectual growth. The program includes creative studios, sports clubs, science clubs, as well as excursions and educational hikes that allow students to expand their horizons. Volunteer initiatives and charity work lay the foundation for social responsibility and compassion in children, while various seminars and workshops provide additional opportunities for personal development.

Good deeds
As part of the school\'s social responsibility program, students of the 2nd Smart class, together with the first and fourth graders of the My Horizons school, showed their care and attention to the elderly in our community. This small project has become a significant step in the education of young hearts who want to make the world a better place.On the initiative of their teachers and with the full support of their parents, the children collected a variety of goodies that can especially please the elderly, whose days often pass without much joy. They also made greeting cards with their own hands, which became real works of children\'s imagination and kindness. Each card contained warm words of support and wishes of health and joy.This message was sent to a local retirement home, where it caused sincere smiles and gratitude among its residents. Visits of this kind are important not only for those who receive attention and care, but also for children who learn compassion, empathy and the importance of helping others.

Thanksgiving Fair
At My Horizons School, we not only learn and grow, but also proudly unite for important charitable causes. The Thanksgiving Day Fair is an expression of our support and gratitude to those brave women and men who stand on the front lines for our safety and peace. The event brought together students, teachers and parents to show their gratitude and willingness to help. Thanks to their joint efforts, the fair became not only a symbol of gratitude, but also a powerful act of civic engagement, demonstrating how an educational institution can influence the support of national security and defense. All the funds raised were used to improve the living conditions of our military, emphasizing the deep respect and gratitude of My Horizons School for those who defend our peace.

Christmas performance
This year\'s Christmas performance at the My Horizons Lyceum not only brought smiles and fun to the audience, but also played an important role in raising funds for charity. Traditionally, this performance has become a symbol of the lyceum\'s common good and commitment to Christian values.This year, the Snow White fairy tale chosen for the performance was not only a source of great pleasure for the audience, but also increased the amount of money raised for charity. The performance raised an extremely impressive amount of UAH 87212 and USD 100. These funds were earmarked to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine in their needs and to help those in need of assistance and support.It is worth noting that both students and teachers of the school took part in the performance. The idea of joint creativity and charity has become a real symbol of unity and mutual support. The result of dozens of rehearsals was a bright performance in which goodness wins!The funds raised were used to purchase necessary equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including a computer and a thermal imaging device. In addition, part of the funds was used for the treatment of the father of one of the students, where UAH 20,000 became an important contribution to help. The school community also contributed to fundraising for medical needs, the purchase of heating pads and the purchase of materials for weaving nets.
Hiking

Maliyivtsi – 5I
A visit to Maliivtsi to explore the cultural heritage and natural features turned out to be extremely interesting. The village is known for its historical and natural treasures. The tour began with Maliivtsi Park, founded in the XVIII century. The park in the English landscape style impressed with rare plants and decorative ponds. Then we visited the Orlowski residence, an 18th-century palace with rich architecture and interior, where we learned about the history of the Orlowski family. We were particularly impressed by the Malievetsky waterfall, one of the most beautiful in Ukraine, about 18 meters high. The tour ended with a picnic in a cozy corner of the park. This trip allowed us to learn more about the cultural heritage and natural resources of Ukraine, leaving us with the best impressions.

Carpathians – 4I
Those who work hard, have a good rest. After graduation, our fourth graders went on a trip to the picturesque Carpathians. During the trip, the children enjoyed the beauty of the mountain landscapes, discovered local traditions and life, and conquered the peaks. This trip gave them many unforgettable impressions, new knowledge and unforgettable adventures. The students returned home with happy faces and a lot of vivid memories, which made this trip a real holiday that they will remember for the rest of their lives.

Ternopil – 6I
Students of the 6th grade traveled to the castles of Ternopil region. They visited the Vyshnivtsi Castle, one of the most prominent architectural monuments in Ukraine. They also visited the Kremenets Jesuit College and the Bila Tserkva Palace.

Scientific events
High school students had the honor of participating in the XVI All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to the important issues of the development of the Ukrainian language and national identity in the context of globalization. This event became a platform for discussing strategies for preserving and developing the Ukrainian language, which is key to maintaining Ukraine\'s cultural and identity authenticity in the international arena.The conference brought together renowned scholars, linguists, educators, students and other experts who shared their research and opinions on the impact of globalization on the language situation in Ukraine. The discussions covered a wide range of issues, from language policy and legislation to innovative approaches to language teaching and the preservation of regional dialects.Students of our lyceum participated in the discussions by presenting their papers that highlighted the current challenges and opportunities for the language in the context of modern globalization processes. Particular attention was paid to the importance of educational programs aimed at improving the language competence of young people, which is crucial for the future development of the Ukrainian language.

Greenhouses
During the biology lesson, our students had the opportunity to attend a study tour to the unique greenhouse farm of the vocational school No. 11. This farm is a landmark because it uses advanced Dutch technology to grow cucumbers, which is currently the only such project in Ukraine.The lyceum students had a great opportunity to study the specifics of the technology and learn about the cultivation of cucumber varieties Yani and Tchaikovsky. With more than 1,100 plants, the students were able to immerse themselves in all the nuances of modern agricultural production, from sowing to fruit care.In addition to theoretical knowledge, the students also gained practical experience - they had the opportunity to taste freshly picked cucumbers. These cucumbers were grown without the use of harmful chemicals, which made their taste especially pleasant and crispy.This excursion not only expanded the students\' knowledge of modern agricultural production methods, but also contributed to the formation of environmental awareness and understanding of the importance of sustainable development. It reminded everyone of the value of natural products and the importance of choosing a healthy diet.

Gufi-Center
During Eco Week, students of our lyceum visited an incredibly interesting space - the Gufi-Center.The mission of this educational center is to teach children how to sort garbage properly.Here, every child will understand what garbage is, why it needs to be sorted, how it is recycled, and how to compost organic waste on their own.The construction of a waste recycling complex will not have the desired effect unless we change our behavior and outlook.
