The My Horizons educational project in Khmelnytsky offers students a wide range of extracurricular and extracurricular activities aimed at their creative, physical, and intellectual growth. The program includes creative studios, sports clubs, science clubs, as well as excursions and educational hikes that allow students to expand their horizons. Volunteer initiatives and charity work lay the foundation for social responsibility and compassion in children, while various seminars and workshops provide additional opportunities for personal development.
Charity fair
We are going through difficult times when the struggle for our freedom continues. It is impossible to stay away from the events taking place around us. Since the first days of the war, the staff and pupils of the My Horizons kindergarten have been holding a charity fair twice a year to donate the proceeds to help our defenders.
Military hospital
Children and parents of the My Horizons kindergarten raised funds at a charity fair and bought goodies for a military hospital. Their support brought joy and gratitude to our defenders.
Helping animals
Our pupils also regularly collect and deliver aid for animals from the shelter.
The Philharmonic
To make the educational process even more interesting, the Philharmonic visited the kindergarten with a magical musical performance. The kids listened with interest to live music performed by professional musicians on various instruments. The children even had the opportunity to try playing some of them, which caused a lot of joy and excitement. This day was unforgettable for all those present and contributed to the development of musical abilities and love of art in children.
In the world of butterflies
A fascinating demonstration of decorative butterflies took place in our kindergarten. The children watched with great enthusiasm the bright creatures flying smoothly around the room. The teachers told the kids about different types of butterflies, their features and importance for nature. The children were even able to hold butterflies in their hands, which caused a lot of positive emotions and sincere delight. This day became unforgettable for all those present and contributed to the expansion of children\'s knowledge about nature.
Theater performance
Through the inclusion of art in the educational process, children have the opportunity to develop as individuals, to reveal their potential and abilities. Art helps children feel unique and important, contributing to their harmonious development.
Master classes
The children of the kindergarten\'s middle group attended a master class where a pizza chef shared his experience and skills in making pizza. And each little guest was able to feel like a chef, cook a pizza and taste their culinary masterpiece.
Safety
Real employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine visited the kindergarten “My Horizons”! They showed the children all the necessary tools for rescuing people and even allowed them to take some in their hands! They also told how important it is to follow all safety rules.
